Designed specifically for the MK46 platform, this barrel delivers a significant weight savings, rugged durability, and precise fitment without sacrificing aesthetics or performance.
Manufactured from SLS-fused Nylon PA12, each barrel is engineered for strength, dimensional stability, and real-world reliability. Select variants feature functional fluting, optimized to properly cool the SLS print during production and prevent warping — while adding a modern, aggressive appearance. Still tough. Still unapologetic. Now lighter and better looking.
All variants include an integrated front sight for reliable target acquisition and are reinforced with CNC-machined aluminum barrel threading components to ensure long-term durability and precise alignment.
