The Bull Craft M240 Lightweight Outer Barrel delivers aggressive realism with a modern performance edge—engineered to dramatically cut weight while maintaining a clean, mission-ready appearance. Available in 8″, 15″, and 20″ lengths, this barrel lineup gives builders real options instead of compromises.
The 8″ Snub configuration is the most extreme weight saver, reducing the original barrel from 1 lb 10 oz down to just 6.7 oz. The 20″ barrel delivers the same dramatic improvement, dropping the factory weight from 1 lb 10 oz to only 7.5 oz—nearly a full pound removed from the front end for noticeably improved balance and handling.
By customer request, we also offer a front-mounted Picatinny rail option, allowing direct attachment of lasers or accessories without adapters or aftermarket hacks.
The original factory barrel is approximately 3″ longer than our 20″ barrel to the thread tip. Our 15″ barrel is approximately 8″ shorter than original, offering a compact, aggressive alternative.
